Starling at Nocatee Independent Living

Mediocrity in Health Care . Poor care of family member who did not get what was paid for. Avoid this place!!! Addendum: i know you are an assisted living facility. I agree you don’t provide healthcare, or timely medication for your residents per their orders. I visited your facility multiple times. It seems like your record keeping is consistent with your other skills.

My mother's experience living at Starling IL was fabulous! Kerri Dufour, the director, and her staff treated my mom like family. They addressed any issues that came up with great tenderness and care. There was not a day that went by that did not have a plethora of fun and engaging activities for mom. Kudos also to chef and waitstaff, the menus were creative and delicious. I highly recommend Starling for anyone looking for an all inclusive 55+ community.

My husband and I have been in Starling's Independent Living facility for a little over a year, and feel it was the best decision we could have ever made. The staff is amazing, and they work so hard to make us happy! Since it's a fairly new facility, everyone is anxious to make new friends! We find the food is wonderful, and great variety of selections. The activities are so varied, if you're ever bored, it's your own fault! We hope you'll come and see for yourself!

I moved to Florida in 2021 and I settled in at Starling Independent Living of Nocatee. Starling IL is a beautiful community and has all the amenities that I need. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Personally, I love the music and the entertainment that they have weekly at Starling. The bands, solo singers and piano players, etc. I also do activities like, Bingo, Trivia and Charades. The movies are also great! They have holidays parties and community events all the time. I have a beautiful view of the pool and patio area. I love living at Starling and I would recommend Starling Living to anyone!
