If you’re looking for a company to trust with your dream pool, look no further. Stanley Pools is the local family company we would choose over and over again. We knew that we wanted to have a pool ready by the spring, so we started the process of getting quotes from various companies in October. Based on a strong recommendation of a trusted friend and colleague, Stanley Pools was high on our list. After getting quotes, they were our top choice! We have been impressed with the entire Stanley team since the very beginning. We were under contract in November and it kicked off the same day with the permit submission. The most remarkable part of this process was the actual construction, including a full screened enclosure: it started on January 5 and we had water in the pool on February 10! From beginning to “pool school” where it was all wrapped up was well under two months – incredible! Every single person we met and interacted with were kind, personable, and respectful of our home. Now, we have the perfect backyard oasis to make memories for years to come! Thanks, Stanley!
Stanley Pools went above and beyond today. More specifically, Alex, the technician who serviced our broken equipment, went above and beyond. Alex offered outstanding communication throughout the process with multiple phone calls and text updates. When Alex arrived at our home, he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He earned our trust immediately. As an employee of Stanley Pools, he exemplifies the standard of excellence and the culture of caring for the customers they serve. Alex Is an All Star and we are truly grateful for his contributions to us today. Thank you for fixing our pool and making our day brighter!
I can’t compliment this Company enough - I would give them 10 stars!! From pool design and installation in 2000 to resurfacing and equipment repairs today - their staff and service is ABOVE and BEYOND all others!! I had an emergency repair to pool equipment and Alex, was sent to evaluate the situation, quote options for repair and was here the same day to repair or replace valves, etc. Upon completion Alex explained everything he did and gave me a concise tutorial of the complex plumbing and where, what and why it is done that way for the efficient operation and maintenance of the water. Alex was professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of the pool system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Technician
I’ve used Stanley Pools for a few years now. They have provided excellent service. I’ve used them for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. The cleaning crew does a great job keeping my pool ready to use. I recently had to have my pump replaced and Alex came out and installed it. He was very quick with the replacement and thoroughly explained how the new pump works. He changed out a couple lights for me also. My pool is ready to go. I would recommend them for any of your pool needs. 👍🏻
I am so pleased that I found this pool company! Alex is amazing. He is thorough and explained everything to me in detail and in a way I could comprehend. He is a pool god. He quickly assessed the reason for my lack of circulation and had my pool running perfectly. He also taught me about my pool. I am better educated and now know exactly the proper steps to maintaining and what to do if I lose pressure again. Thank you!!!!!!!
