Stanford Restoration exceeded every expectation we had. When the condo upstairs water heater leaked and flooded our condo, they responded quickly, handled the cleanup professionally, and made a stressful situation so much easier. We were so impressed with their work that we hired them to replace the damaged tile and Sheetrock as well. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and everything looks absolutely beautiful. You would never know there had ever been any water damage. What really sets Stanford Restoration apart is their honesty, communication, and attention to detail. Everyone on their team was courteous, dependable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They treated our home as if it were their own. If you’re looking for a company you can trust after water damage—or for quality restoration and remodeling work—I wholeheartedly recommend Stanford Restoration. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Great service! I have used Stanford many times over the past years and they have always impressed us. This project involved, deep cleaning some floors and removing pet odors. They came back multiple times to make sure we were happy with the end result. Highly recommend. Very good local established And reputable contractor.
We don't even know where to begin. I'm 72 years old and in all my years I have never dealt with an organization like Stanford Restoration. They handed a very difficult situation seamlessly. Every employee that we had the pleasure of dealing with from the owners to the technicians treated us with respect, understanding and compassion. We felt like we were dealing with our own family. The workmanship was excellent and all issues were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. If you ever need a restoration service I can't recommend them enough. It was our pleasure to have had you as our restoration company. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you there.
Fast response and clean up from water damage due to tub supply line leak while out of town for several days. Flooring removal with partial drywall removal for complete drying out of every area on 3 floors affected. Everyone was courteous and diligent to complete the job while caring for our home with complete clean up and equipment removal. We were sooo glad we called Stanford Restoration!
