We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our home in Jacksonville Beach. Christian and Kavie were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. From the first showing to closing, they made what can be a stressful process feel manageable — answering every question quickly, offering honest guidance on the local market, and never pressuring us into a decision. What stood out most was their attention to detail and follow-through. They anticipated issues before they became problems and kept us informed every step of the way. We ended up in a home we love, and a lot of that comes down to having the right person guiding us through it. If you’re looking to buy or sell in the Jacksonville Beach area, I’d recommend them without hesitation.
Christian and Kavie are terrific team and great to work with - and offer terrific, practical insights when necessary. I had a quick, easy process - from initial offer to closing. They are efficient and great communicators, which definitely helps. I would highly recommend them.
Best in Jacksonville hands down. I am very picky when choosing the right realtor and I felt very safe the second I chose them. We moved back to Florida due to a work relocation and kavie and christian understood our concerns and respected the budget we wanted to stay within. Brough wonderful options immediately after contacting them, started providing different options and had our best interest in mind. Would definitely be using the services in the future and will be recommending them to all of my friends.
Kavie was so helpful with my new townhome purchase with a builder. I told her from the beginning that it would not be a 7-figure purchase but she treated me like I was a VIP client. Her professionalism, communication skills and expert navigation of the purchasing process made everything so smooth and I was even able to receive a few upgrades from the builder. Highly recommend and will definitely use her expertise again in the future.
I met Christian and Kavi through a mutual friend and when I decided to move to Florida they were the first person I thought of to handle my home buy. They contacted my son and daughter-in-law and the four picked out the perfect home for me. They put in an offer for me and when I got to Jacksonville all I had to wait on was the closing. They listened to my request, kept me informed throughout the entire process and the house is perfection. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
