My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and Staci made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable from start to finish. She was responsive, straightforward, and genuinely had our best interests in mind through every step — from negotiating repairs after inspection to keeping us on track through underwriting and closing. What really stood out was her post-closing care. When we discovered a significant attic issue after moving in, Staci didn’t disappear like most agents do once the deal is done. She went to bat for us, and the result was her and the owner of the realty company all contributing out of pocket to help cover the remediation costs. That kind of accountability and character is rare, and it tells you everything you need to know about how she operates. If you’re buying in the St. Johns County area, she’s the one you want in your corner.
