STA Rep Media absolutely knocked it out of the park for my listing at 30 La Mancha Drive in St. Augustine, Florida! I’ve worked with many real estate media companies over the years, and this was hands down one of the most professional and complete marketing packages I’ve ever received. The photography was beyond outstanding — the images captured the home beautifully and truly elevated the entire presentation of the property. The floor plan and property tour were incredibly well done, giving buyers a clear and engaging way to experience the home online. What really impressed me was everything that came with the package. They provided additional video content and fully branded social media posts that were completely ready to go. All I had to do was click and share. It made marketing the listing effortless and saved me a huge amount of time. The quality, attention to detail, and overall professionalism from STA Rep Media is truly top-tier. STA Rep Media is absolutely amazing! They capture all the great features of my listing. I needed an AI mock up of a pool that can be built in the backyard and they made it possible. The angles of the inside pictures were great. I've updated my listing pictures from the original photographer. I'm definitely using them on my future listings.
Kyle is an amazing photographer! He knows exactly how to showcase a property in the best possible way. The photos look clean, bright, and beautifully colored. He also helps with videos, offering great advice on hooks and presentation — and the video quality is excellent! On top of that, he created a property website and designed all the flyer templates for me. Highly recommended!
I was in need of a quick turnaround for a listing I needed to get completed in a couple of days. Kyle answered my call on the first attempt and Jack was out taking pictures and videos the next day!
