Nice hospital! but they need to work on a few things to make it an easier and happier place for their patients. My sister was hospitalized in there for whole week she was in a very nice room but her room has no hot water. We asked a nurse for some hot water, she took a container and she went to look for some but she came back with none! It turn out that the whole floor was out of hot water. I think the staff also need to have a little bit more compassion for their patients, I know how unpleasant or challenging it can be working with over ten patients all days. Please do not ask a patient whom just had a surgical procedure done a few days ago to walk to the bathroom if they required a shower.

Great and caring staff... I wanted a nurse to come and explain to me what was going on with my mother and it wasn't even 5 minutes and she came in and explained everything and also made sure she was still comfortable. When I initially brought her in, her primary care doctor told her to call and ambulance... That's how serious her condition was at the time .. when we got to baptist, she sat there for 3 hours without anyone ever even talking to her or taking her to triage. So I picked. Her up and took her to st Vincent's and they took her back immediately. I will always choose st Vincent's riverside over any hospital. Ever.!!
