The surgery and staff were excellent, but the billing department has been a nightmare. Despite over four months and seven calls, they still haven't submitted my bill and payment to my insurance company. I'm now receiving past due notices, even though I've already paid my maximum out of pocket, which is recorded in their history. This unprofessional handling by the billing department is extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend the hospital because of it.
This hospital has poor customer service. The staff is to relaxed and unconcerned about the care of the patients. The wait times are horrible. Longer than an hour just to be triaged. Even longer for family waiting during surgery. They forgot about updating the family for hours. Total wait time was 5 hours for an hour long surgery. They put you in a room and don’t come back to check on you for 3+ hours. It’s poor time management and neglect by the staff.
HORRIBLE HOSPITAL! NURSE Adam, IS EXCELLENT THOUGH, HES ALWAYS TRYING TO HELP. I came with covid and he did everything he could to make me comfortable. The others, a bunch of sad sacks that I would NOT RECOMMEND! One in particular, Lannara, continually left the bedside commode filthy and is just too lazy to clean it!. Lannara is a witch, who gets off on grabbing your face to smash it into a COVID mask, I find that totally unnecessary! This pct should LOSE her job, as she is horrible at it, and obviously hates her job!
I was diagnosed with sogunda back in 2017 and was told to come to this hospital. Quality nurses and top tier doctors. Would recommend this hospital to anyone!
