St. Johns Eye Associates, now part of MyEyeDr.

I had a great experience with Dr. Diane Kapadia at MyEyeDr. I have worn multifocal contacts for years, and my first visit with her was the most thorough and considerate examination and consultation that I’ve ever experienced. I am thrilled with my new contact lenses!

Words cannot describe the way the staffed was so attentive and patient with me, listening and explaining in depth the process of the scheduled appointment; Very impressed by Dr. Fay and his team. Would recommend to anyone in need of assistance.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from St. Johns Eye Associates. I’m having a problem with a recent pair of glasses and have called several times, both in the morning and afternoon. I have also left multiple voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. I understand that offices can be busy, but patients should receive a response, especially when there is a problem with a recent purchase. I hope someone from the office contacts me soon and helps resolve this issue. 👎

All of the staff are extremely friendly! However, I asked for a printed prescription for my contacts and glasses when I left and the prescription for my contacts was wrong. Originally, this was no big deal - they had to reorder my trials and I did not mind waiting a couple of extra days. Well now I’m trying to order my new contacts through my insurance and the prescription is still wrong on my MyEyeDr account. I have called at least 4 different times to try and get this corrected and everytime they say that they need to talk to the doctor and they’ll call me back - and they have not once called me back. I am honestly writing this review to bring some attention to my situation and try and get my prescription corrected. At this point I feel like I’m going to have to pay out of pocket to get another exam somewhere else since I used my one time covered eye exam with them.
