This organization assisted me during one the hardest times of my life. Mr. Bill Dudley and his team (April and Lori) were so kind and gracious towards me. If you are a veteran experiencing challenges don't hesitate to contact this office for support, there is assistance available. You are never alone.
The exemplary counseling services provided by this facility far exceed expectations. The Veteran Service Officers are compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional in their interaction with veterans thoroughly explaining claim procedures. My particular VSO, Shauna Holton was outstanding. She covered all areas involving my retroactive claim and submitted pertinent documentation in a timely manner. She is to be commended for her due diligence and professional assistance. For these reasons this facility deserves a 5 star rating.
Amazing office, Beautiful flags and decor fitting for an office in the historic city. VSO Mrs. Chapman was so helpful. Totally charming to be around and provided prompt and generous resources. If you need a helping hand and hopeful wisdom visit them asap. No judgment just help. Literally Cares about Disabled veterans.
