Ericka Gutierrez was so incredibly helpful, patient and kind to my wife and I in our effort to renew a passport. There was a user error on our end and she took care of it and made sure we had all the information paperwork and documentation we needed to get our passport renewed! Ericka is a great example of great customer support and putting the citizens first.

Got there in the afternoon about 2:30pm Thursday. Lots of people waited about 30-45 minutes. But, the service was quick and accurate!

I came in to get my 95+ year old mother's ID and handicap plaque. I waited about 40 minutes (which was not bad as it was a pretty full waiting area). When I was called, I was sent to window #9, Beth and she told me that my mom needed to come in (if that was possible) as she had to sign to give up her license. She was awesome, explaining all the details of what was needed and why. The next morning I went back with my mother to see Beth and again, she was so helpful and patient. And the security guard brought a chair back for my mother so she didn't have to stand for too long. You made a difficult job a lot easier. Thank you Beth and Frank for your help!!! Awesome customer service!!

First off, let me say I can't believe I am reviewing a Drivers License office, and giving them 5 stars but, well deserved! The great experience started when I walked through the doors. Almost as soon as I hit the button to get a ticket, I was called back. I was changing my license and vehicle registration to Florida from another state. I also had multiple complications to go along with it (all my fault). The person helping me was Pam. She was just amazing and showed extreme patience with me. She was able to get everything sorted out for me and, walked me through several processes. At no time did she show the least bit of attitude or anything negative throughout all of my ignorance there. It was the first time I have ever been to a DMV, and I have lived in 12 states, that I walked out 100% satisified. The next day I went back to the same office to get a fishing license, I did not know you could do that there. I had a different person, but the same experience. No wait and great service. They practiced excellent Covid-19 procedures and completely changed how I feel about going to a DMV/Tax Collectors office. Everyone from the security guards (who found me a screwdriver to put my new plates on) to the customer service agents, to the cleaning crew should be praised. Great experience!!
