The walking trail at the Shores clubhouse is a great place to walk with friends or pets. Wildlife encounters are not uncommon. Its also a cooler walk due to the tree canopies. Fully concrete walking trail, multiple wooden walkways and bridges. There is a pier for residents, swings, benches and a gazebo in a beautiful area near the water thats great for photos. Nice place for a quite afternoon.
Tried walking today 6 boys speeding on their e bikes almost hit me. Parents you need to get control of your kids no accountability. How is this even legal? Where are the police? So ridiculous. No control no family house rules everything goes n you wonder why young people are getting badly hurt even killed. Parents need to wake up.
Large community nestled between US 1 and the intercoastal, with a variety of housing. There are miles of walking and biking paths with multiple lakes. Quiet, away from the tourists and easy access to Cresent beach over the 206 bridge.
We love it here. Very quiet and unassuming. Best deal in St. Johns' county. Awesome views and trails. Close to the Beach and Local conveniences. Close to downtown!!!
We love this place! Great rental venue with waterfront views and fishing pier (access to SASSC residents only).
