Absolutely perfect place for my pup! Emily is so very good at what she does. My pup looked amazing I couldn’t have been happier when I saw him. This place is now my go to and I finally found someone who can groom an English cocker spaniel properly. 10 out of 10..
Low on funds and didn't have money to buy my animals food and I reached out and got quick responses. Went up and picked up the supplies (which I'm grateful for) and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have three dogs and one cat, and the supplies given for dogs wasn't enough to feed them but a week and you cannot get food but every two weeks. I think the rule should change given the amount of animals one has to tend for. I don't do this frequently, this is my first time and I just want my animals to not go hungry... Not trying to take advantage bc I additionally don't want anyone else's animals to go hungry. Past that, overall it was a great experience and my family appreciates the hard work and dedication the staff strive towards in our local community.
Gentle, kind care for my pup On time for procedure along with very good and detailed aftercare instructions. She was brushed down and had her nails trimmed while there! Very reasonable rates; wonderful volunteers!
So I heard about this wonderful place at a local dog park and it was the most amazing experience for my 8 month old Jack Russell. I needed a alternative for neutering my boy as my vet was quoting inflated prices. I reached out and was immediately responded to fill out the forms online and I would be contacted. Chantelle was absolutely amazing . She was responsive and made the process so seamless. Upon the day of the neutering all steps had already been shared and went as planned. It was seamless the communication was amazing and the surgical procedure went perfect ! I was sent home with everything needed cone meds and detailed instructions The price was so reasonable the care was amazing and my boy is healing well I highly recommend and would hope others will read this and understand what a great experience to deal with such a positive happy staff who love what they do
Very well organized and so grateful for the work they do .My lil girl is healing up and I'm so grateful to them all . Thank you highly recommend!
