St Augustine Electric Motor Works

FPL replaced my electric meter at my house but did not assure it was connected to the main office! So my generator came on and has been on for four straight days! All weekend I had no heat, television, or internet since the generator only runs part of the house. On Monday morning I called St. Augustine Motor Works and Dale sent Geoff out. Poor Geoff determined that there was no power going into my meter! We called the famous FPL and got absolutely nowhere. We were told someone would be here soon to correct the issue. I had a doctors appointment after lunch and upon returning home I noticed no one had been here. So for the last two hours I have been battling Florida Power and Light to correct the problem. I moved from Georgia three years ago and always thought Georgia Power was difficult to deal with. Let me tell you folks that Georgia Power is God compared to Florida Power and Light. FPL people are rude, unkind and argumentative! I am so tired of corporate America! They want their money on time but can not give decent customer service. Geoff and Dale at St Augustine Motor Works are fantastic! They come when they say they will come, they are patient, understanding but most importantly, they are kind and don’t argue with the customer. I love you guys!!! Thanks for everything today. I was so frustrated I thought I was going to lose my mind but Geoff saved my day. I can’t express my appreciation enough to this company and these gentlemen! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’ve recently been having major problems with my well system, for months this went on. I contacted Ken at St. Aug electric motor works and he was so extremely helpful. He went over a few troubleshooting attempts over the phone with me to help guide me as I am a “Do-it-yourself” type of guy. I made some major progress with his help in just a single call. After fixing one issue after another I got to a point beyond my skill set and Ken sent his guys out. They brought a wealth of knowledge with them as well and answered all my questions no problem. I asked Ken and his guys enough questions to start my own company and they never steered me wrong. Eventually they learned my well was not repairable. He made a recommendation on some drillers and I followed his advise again. They came and drilled quickly and I got my well up and running again, but with another issue. Called Ken, before I could finish describing the issue he had me fixed. Saving me yet again months of problems. Saved me from no water. Saved me all the time. Can’t recommend anyone else for this service. 100% 10/10 rating.

This team is awesome! I was in trouble with no water at my home. I called my brother and he recommended “StAugustine Electric Motor Works” Said they would be able to help me right away. I didn’t believe him (not with the type of service you get these days). Anyway…1st thing Monday morning I was at their door with my old pump in hand. I was greeted by a very friendly, polite gentleman named Kenneth. He supplied me with the exact new replacement pump and offered to assist me with anything else I needed. I installed the new pump and it did not resolve the issue. I called Kenneth and he immediately met me at my house, gave me an estimate and we agreed to a solution. Their team was at my home And completed the following day. The service technicians that mobilized and interacted with me were very professional, polite and pleasant.
