A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.
Small campground, but nice size sites with quite a few pull throughs for big rigs. Nice amenities (pool, small lake, laundry, bus stop to go around town). Our standard pull thru site had a nice patio with table & chairs and small gas grill. So nice to have as we were only here 2 nights to sightsee and didn’t want to pull out stuff out. Paved roads and and our site was paved. Most are, some of the back on sites were not paved o but still nice. Very convenient to historic St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, shopping restaurants and to 95. Staff was friendly & helpful! Campground was well kept, clean, trash pick up at site..We will be back!
First time at a KOA. I’m super impressed with it overall. When I checked in the staff was super friendly and the guy gave me a nice discount for signing up for the annual thing. They have a very well stocked store with beer and camping supplies. I ended up having to cut a day off the trip and he changed my reservation with no hassle and didnt charge me for the last day. Super clean restrooms and a nice overall vibe here. I’ll be back.
Gordon and Ivory greeted us with smiles and were so nice and friendly! We had a great stay with easy access to the beach, amphitheater, and fishing by bike or a short car ride. It was very clean, very chill and a very pleasant koa experience that is super close to historic downtown Saint Augustine. Thanks to all the staff for keeping a beautiful site safe and tidy restrooms. The pool was refreshing and family friendly too… we will be back for another Goose run soon! “Indulge,” said Gordon… and yes sir we did!
This is a campground for RVs and trailers as well as bungalows. We stayed in one of the bungalows and they were clean and very space efficient. The staff was also very helpful when we had an issue with our door code. The location is also excellent, just off of A1A and minutes away from St Augustine old city, the Lighthouse, the Alligator Farm, and Ripley's. All bungalows and RV slots have gas grills and picnic tables and chairs. Overall, a great place to escape the grind.
