After a terrible experience at UF Health where I felt dismissed and like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, coming here and being seen by Natasha was such a huge difference and a complete relief. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly heard and understood. Natasha genuinely cares about her patients, took the time to listen to everything I was going through, and provided me with real solutions and reassurance. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my consultation, which meant so much to me after everything I had experienced before. Whenever I go for my annual appointment with Sr Stephanie Cortez the service is excellent from the moment I arrive the front desk staff ,nurses and assistants are always very friendly. And Dr Cortez she is very truly dedicated to her patients,taking the time and listen to and advises them and also she speak Spanish .Overall I have no complaints,I am always grateful for the way the nurses communicate with Patients after the appointment to share the results of test ordered by the doctor. I recomend this practice 💯.

I would give Dr. Nikita Wilkes 1,000 stars if possible. I’ve never had a provider take the time to truly listen to me and address all of my concerns so thoroughly. She is not only incredibly kind, but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. I’ve never felt so seen, heard, and respected by a doctor in my life. She made me feel like more than just a patient—she genuinely cared about my well-being and took the time to ensure I understood everything. That level of compassion is so rare to find. This woman is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever met in any branch of the medical field, and I truly mean that. She goes above and beyond in every way and sets the standard for what patient care should look like. She deserves a million stars. I will absolutely be leaving a Google review and recommending her to everyone I know!
