I had a very positive experience at my recent appointment with Dr. Rasner. He was patient, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the upcoming procedures, which helped me feel informed and comfortable with my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered in a clear and compassionate manner. The doctor’s excellent bedside manner made a potentially stressful appointment much easier. The facility was also clean, organized, and welcoming. I left feeling well-educated, confident, and grateful for the care I received. I highly recommend this practice.
I absolutely love Dr. Wilkes. She is kind, attentive, thorough, and always makes me feel heard and cared for. I truly have nothing negative to say about her as a physician - she is wonderful and the only reasons I continue coming back to this practice. However, the wait times at this office are consistently excessive. EVERY single appointment involves waiting well over an hour, sometimes longer, even when arriving on time. I understand that medical offices can run behind occasionally, especially in OB/GYN, but this has been a recurring issue for years at every visit. It’s frustrating because the quality of care from Dr. Wilkes is excellent, but the scheduling and time management side of the practice really needs improvement. Patients often arrange childcare, take time off work, or plan their day around appointments, so these long waits become difficult. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely like and respect Dr. Wilkes and hope the office can improve the scheduling (they do a HORRIBLE job) experience while maintaining the great patient care she provides. SRB OBGYN However, I do want to add that my concern is not based on a single delayed appointment or a lack of patience or understanding. I have been a patient with this practice for over 10 years, and consistently, at EVERY appointment, I have experienced wait times exceeding an hour just to be called back from the waiting room, followed by additional extended waiting once placed in an exam room. At this point, it feels less like occasional unavoidable circumstances and more like an ongoing scheduling or operational issue. I value the care provided by the physicians and staff, which is why I have remained with the practice for so long, but repeated delays of this magnitude over many years have become increasingly difficult to manage and plan around. My intention in bringing this up is simply to encourage meaningful improvement for all patients while still maintaining the compassion and care your office strives to provide. If you're reading this review and are a business professional or have any time constraints this office is not for you.
When I first visited Dr. Tood Rasner, I had been through one of the most difficult year of my life. I had seen almost every specialist i could think of, but I still wasn't felling well and didn't have any answers. Dr. Rasner listened carefully to all my symptoms and explained that i was experiencing many perimenopause symptoms all at one. He started me on hormone therapy. Thank God , and Dr. Rasner's care, I feel so much better today. I am truly grateful to Dr. Rasner foe listening to me, identifying what going on, and helping me feel like my self again. thank you so much Dr. Rasner.
From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone here is professional and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen right on time. Dr. Wilkes was thorough, compassionate, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is also exceptionally clean and well-organized.
I’ve been to both Bartram and San Jose offices. The staff is very kind and helpful (ultrasound tech, front desk, nursing staff). Very clean offices. However, I became a patient of this office specifically for OB services. Dr. Garrett Harrison was negligent and I almost died from lack of follow up care. Did an in office D&C, where they did not use ultrasound and I was awake for the whole thing. I told them I could feel everything and the medicine wasn’t adequate. No follow up or ultrasound done. A week later I wound up in the emergency room from a botched D&C. They didn’t even check my HCG hormone level which would have showed the retained products. Not speaking for all the doctors here, but I would very strongly recommend DO NOT GO HERE. If you do, stay away from Dr. Garrett Harrison. Thank God I’m in the medical field or I would not have survived receiving “quality care 🙄” from this place.
