Parking for about 20 considerate parkers. Big beautiful beach. Hardly anyone there. We went Friday afternoon, March 6, 2026. It was a red flag but we were just there to get our feet wet. This Kansan loved it.
Great beach especially for biking or walking. A lot of stairs and no bathrooms though. Lots of good sand
You can park between 6-9 vehicles there, depending on size. There is not drive-on beach access. There are stairs you have to walk up and back down but the beach is unbelievably beautiful and worth it. The waves can be a tad dramatic, so be careful of tide going out (rip currents), but otherwise, breathtaking views and quiet. I'm a big girl, and I did have to take a break after walking up the stairs, to catch my breath, but like I said, it's worth it. You can see from my photos how pretty is there. And, for the record, I'm a FL native, born and raised, so I know all about nice beaches and this is definitely one of them.
We just needed a quick place to pull over and walk along the beach. There are about 20 parking spots, stairs and a boardwalk to the beach but no services....no showers, no bathrooms, no frills. But worked for us!
Be prepared to walk the stairs to get to the beach. No trash on the beach. Saw a turtle by the parking area. 🥰Not that many parking spots so come early if you're coming during the summer. I visited on a Monday in March. Will definitely be back again.
