Spotlight Apparel, Inc.

Dropped 3 items off for monogram and on pickup, the pullover was NOTHING like the picture I presented at drop off/order time. The font and color was vastly different. The other 2 items monogrammed were just ok. Thought the monogrammer would use better judgement with placement and size. I was told nothing could be done. Staff taking orders should be more clear when writing customers orders. Very disappointed and will not return. Not even a credit offered!

I bought 29 shirts and they misspelled the bizness name and I had already paid them and all they can say was they r sorry and that I should of cought it .I said no u r the one who misspelled it to Begin with and no compensation for the mistake . Not even a phone call I wouldn't buy another shirt from them if they was the last company on Earth they just lost a customer they lucky they even got one star 10/20/17 idiots

I have worked with the new owner and he is doing a great job. So much better than the previous owner!

Good, quick service and quality job on printing some shirts for my company. Friendly staff. Will use again.
