It has been a long tradition for me to go to spooktacular with the kids. Finally got to do the scare zone with the kids it was a great time for all ages.

This year was fantastic! Lots of candy and even some non candy items for littles who can’t have candy! Included more of the zoo this year as well and the scare zone was good, had some creepy characters! The kids loved it and so did the adults!!
Last time we went was five years ago. We had a great time, lots of candy stations and some of the animal exhibits were open. Well worth the money. Decided to go back this year and not were there about half as many candy stations but they were clustered in a few spots around the park so after 30 minutes you probably hit all the stations. None of the animal exhibits were open so at that point, the only thing left to do was stand in line for 20 minutes to go through the scare zone (which was decent). All said and done, we paid about $100 for 60 minutes of entertainment. We tried to walk around morea and kill time but then it started raining, heavily, so we gave up and went home. I'd give it 1 star if not for the fact they handed out bags of candy as everyone fled the rain. Still, it was all the same candy so that was a disappointment as well. Needless to say, we won't be back.
The decorations were awesome, lackluster of things todo, but the maze was easy because it was literally follow the 1st group in front of you amd your out.if im paying $60 and I go to a scare zone and not a single actor did a thing and just stood there looking at you....it was waste of money for what should of been 15 a person.
Spooktacular was so fun! We spent 3.5 hours at the event - there were a lot of people but it didn’t feel crowded and we didn’t have to wait in lines for more than a few minutes. Very interactive for both kids and adults. We saw quite a few animals, and the kids were thrilled to collect candy and non candy items at each of the stations. My 2, 5, and 9 year old all had fun. 10/10 recommend!
