I was in town visiting and needed to get a trim. I walked in with an already bad haircut from a different salon and have been growing it out. He agreed the haircut was bad and stated he would only trim the bottom and not touch the top. I ended up leaving with a worse haircut. Very disappointed and it was very expensive. I went from having a bad haircut to a terrible haircut. I’m embarrassed to even show up to work. I would please like a refund or at least a partial refund. $75 to have a Karen haircut was not on my vacation list.
I can’t say enough good things about this hair salon and Besmira!! Really her whole team as well! Everyone was so friendly, establishment was extremely clean, Besmira was so quick and professional. I am so glad I found this salon! 10/10
My whole family comes here for cut and color. However now my little one is old enough to come see Bessy my hairdresser 😍. I was apprehensive she may cry or get scared —nope ! The best first haircut experience ever ! My baby girl approved at 3 years old !
Had a haircut and highlights with Dede and it was the best one I’ve ever had. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much Dede and Candy for everything.
Highly recommend! Besmira and her assistant were so kind and did a great job on my hair ☺️.
