If I could leave less than one star I would. I was recommended by family to go to josh to file my taxes. I talked to Josh and I liked how much he said I was gonna have to pay him and that he was gonna take care of my taxes for me. Because I have a newborn baby. Well that was a mistake I will never go to spinks for my taxes ever again. I was reaching out to both owners of spinks for over 40 days and neither one of them has reached out to me to tell me that they never filed my taxes for me. I had called the irs multiple times and they have no records of my recent years. He emailed me the amount t I was getting back and the amount I owed him and I never heard from him again. This is very unprofessional we are basically in June already and now I have to go to a different company and pay even more to get my taxes filed. He has given me more stress.waitimg and waiting for the money now today to find out I need to go gwt my transcripts from the irs while he has all of my w2 forms in his office. I never leave leave a bad review on any company bit this has gotten me frustrated
We had a few years back taxes we had to get taken care of. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I had called so many places with rude remarks. So thank you to everyone involved in helping us take care of our taxes. Amazing people. Give them a try. We will definitely be back again. Thank you 🙏
What sets this place apart is the care. They truly care for you and what's best for your taxes. Please visit them and you won't be disappointed
We've been trying for a week calling to make an appointment and can't get no one on the phone.leave messages and no one will call back ? Website say they moved, are they still open ?
I have to admit that I initially stepped in Josh's office with a stomach full of stress and worry, but Josh prudently discovered an error that I had made which could have costed me over $3000! I can't tell you how relieved I am that Josh found my mistake. Thank you SO MUCH for your attention to detail and swift expertise! Josh was very professional, polite and personable. His attention to detail is second to none! If you need help with your taxes, don't delay (like I did), call today!
