Spencer's

Love to shop here. Always enjoy my purchases. It would be nice to have more in store promo codes available.

Purchased some ear plugs while in the mall. I changed my mind and wanted to order some online from Spencer because they didn’t have the pair I came for so I went back to return them after ordering the ones I wanted online. The receipt says you have 30 days to return with receipt. Not only did they not give me my money back they gave me gift cards, but online orders can’t be cancelled either apparently. So that puts me out approximately $150 on 4 pairs of plugs I have no interest in shopping here again. Return policy should be made apparent in regards to unopened jewelry at time of purchase or at the very least stated on the receipt. Left feeling screwed out of my money and knowing they’re just gonna put them back on the shelf because they are unopened and unworn so someone can purchase them again.

Most of the staff there is well-informed however one woman after I told her I was getting an ear piercing sold me jewellery I could not use. She was more interested in the sale than getting me the right thing. She looks liked the punk rocker in her 60s from a hair metal band.
