Spencer's

I had a really disappointing experience with a manager named Ash at Spencer’s. The customer service felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it honestly seemed like basic respect toward customers was lacking. Instead of trying to help resolve issues, the attitude made the situation more frustrating. I usually enjoy shopping at Spencer’s, but this interaction definitely changed my impression of the store. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward.

Very nice employee offered me antibacterial spray for one of the novelty toys i was purchasing a few weeks ago sometime in February, will definitely be returning any time soon

Overall- love this place and the staff. 5 stars! If you want to read about something crazy then feel free to read the whole review Love the place and am always coming back! Wish the grand opening event where you get a $7 piercing that they used a real piercing needle and hired real professional piercers like I was told instead of using a piercing gun to pierce people's cartilage. It's illegal to do in Florida because it can shatter or crack the cartilage because it uses blunt force and not an actual needle. Got mine done and well...had to get it professionally seen and re done with an actual piercer. What they did from far from sanitary and legal. However I should say that what was done here wasn't up to this specific store as far as I know and it's corporate who did some real shady stuff so this place still gets 5 stars.

The staff's helpfulness is appreciated; however, addressing the odor issue, possibly with a deodorizer, could enhance the overall customer experience.
