Dr. Knox was extremely helpful. Very informative and patient. I'm extremely hard of hearing and I could hear him. He answered our questions in a way that was helpful. I would recommend him and the Borland Groover Clinic to anyone.
My Doc made an appointment for me because of my mom having rectal cancer. I Just did not feel cared for from the communication. No questions and no feed back with answers. I feel he did not even look at the paperwork I filled out or the colonoscopy on film. Just another colonoscopy he suggested in which I had one last year. $70 I paid for nothing…🥺
The Borland Groover clinic is very nice, clean, and the staff was very professional from start to end. Dr Knox appears to be very knowledgeable and professional so I feel comfortable going into my upcoming procedure.
The front desk staff Cindy,Heather and Shannan, Pre-operative staff Kelsey, Operative/Procedure staff Scott David and the recovery staff Julie everyone were OUTSTANDING. This was the best and easiest procedure I have have. Dr Knox is the best
