401 Roberts Rd speedway is poorly managed at Best. Is it convenient to wait 10 mintes for shift change when there are 3 employees in the store only one at the cashier. Is it convenient after waiting 10 minutes to watch them count money too wait for them to make a drop. And the finally get to the register tell me they are in the middle of shift change and not I cannot but what I came for. Kind of takes convenient out of convenient store. When I asked the manager she told me it was not her problem that they do shift change everyday. So I guess by it not being hey problem it was obviously my problem.
4/19/25 I came to visit this Speedway location because i remember there used to be one by Zaxbys however they closed down in 2023... This store had my favorite Mountain dew in the fountain machine and i was super excited to get some. it was called Mountain Dew Pitch Black i managed to get some and the store was small however it is NOT a big deal after all the staff was very nice and the lady there was really awesome :D. 100000000000000000 Star Rating!!!!!! A+++++++++++++ Rating!!!!
Do not stop here! They don’t have working bathrooms if that’s what you need at the moment. Might as well go to the next place and get gas and anything else you need!
Gray haired lady with tattoos is rude I come here all the time and always say thank you but she has never said your welcome. Iv tried saying thank you twice in one visit.
Order some stuff from this location through 7/11 app for delivery a couple of times and every single time something is missing or my order is wrong or something happens that I’m not happy with the order when I can go and get the order fix I get treated with attitude unfortunately I can’t change the store that my order goes from in the app because if I could I will pick a different location
