Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I arrived early in the morning, put my name on the waiting list, and waited for several hours. They called my phone once, but I missed the call. I immediately went inside, and they told me I had to wait again, which I understood and accepted. After waiting another 3–4 hours, I went back to ask for an update. One employee had previously told me I was next in line and that they would call me soon. However, another employee the tall blonde man was extremely rude, ignored me, and spoke with a bad attitude. Instead of helping, he simply said they wouldn’t be able to get to my vehicle that day. I understand that shops get busy, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service or treating customers disrespectfully after they’ve spent hours waiting. A little communication and professionalism would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

I recently had a tire repaired at this truck service location. The women working in the office provided excellent customer service and were very professional, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, my experience with a tall blond male employee was completely different. He was rude, arrogant, and appeared to treat customers differently based on their background. His attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I appreciate the help from the female staff, but management should address the behavior of this employee to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

I had the greatest experience here. My truck was having some problems and Tom help me out. Him and his staff were very polite, friendly, professional and courteous.

This guy u see in this picture very lazy just 1 pancture take 1.30 hrs I told him my load is late so it’s said it’s not my responsibility & take time all staff stay in office not working in the bay they guys not serious for work…🤟🤟🤟
