Specialized Aging Support by The Arc Jacksonville

The staff and environment at SAS is absolutely wonderful. It’s very evident that these individuals with IDD are very much cared for and supported through this wonderful program. I volunteered there for 6 weeks and have nothing but great things to say about this place!

This program provides much needed support for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Differences who are experiencing aging and signs of dementia. They provide a very interactive day program, caregiver support and education, and opportunities for families to get connected to much needed resources.

Where do you begin when it comes to professionalism, knowledge, patience and most of all support and understanding....SAS. Cherie has the most incredible time with all she learns and the friends she has acquired at SAS. What an incredible organization and staff.
