Southside Outdoor Services LLC

I've been using Southside for right about a year now. Wanted to wait to leave a review to really know how they are. Well, one year down and however many more to go! They're great. Over the last year I've had them do a few extra projects like removing a small dead tree, cleaning up vines crawling up my house, replacing mulch etc. The quotes are always very reasonable and the work is always good. They've messed up a couple of times. Most recently breaking a sprinkler while mowing. But! Not only did they tell me about it right away, they fixed it at no extra charge to me. In my books, that's how it should be done. Minor issues are bound to happen, but they handle it the right way and have earned a long time customer. No hassle, no headaches. The work gets done at a good price and I'm very satisfied with them. Thanks Adam & Team!

I had an area of my yard that needed sod after removing a Ligustrum hedge. I had seen Southside Outdoors Services working in my neighborhood and gave them a call. Adam came out and gave me a quote which I felt was very reasonable and we scheduled a day for them to install the sod. The day of the install they came out and prepped and leveled the area and laid the sod quickly and efficiently and gave me info on how to care for it. Adam is great and I would recommend him and his Company without hesitation.

Adam and his team did a great job installing sod in my front yard. He followed up and replaced some dry pieces and ensured everything went well. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience from start to finish with Southside Outdoor Services. I had a significant flooding problem in my back/side yard, and due to all the flooding, my yard was in horrible shape landscaping wise. My project included having two French drains installed and then overall landscaping with pavers, rocks and sod. Adam was the point person on my project and he was great to work with. He was on time to every appointment, never kept me waiting. Adam is very knowledgeable and super communicative. He went over my project with me on multiple occasions and was always super patient to answer all my questions. He was also very mindful of staying within my budget. The day my project was set to start, Adam and his crew were here first thing in the morning and got started right away. And they kept that pace up the whole time. All of the guys working on my project were great - super nice to talk to and just worked their butts off. Adam allotted three days for my project and they had it completely done on the third day. I was really impressed with what they were able to do! Additionally, when the project was wrapping up, they took the time to help me set up all of my sprinklers (I don’t have an irrigation system) and come up with the best watering system for the new sod. Unique to my project, is that my Internet wire runs through my backyard. While I mentioned it, I was sure that just in the course of the project they would hit my wire and I’d have to have Comcast come out. Didn’t happen! They were able to locate my wire and move it out of the way. Then at the end of the project, they put the wire back before doing the landscaping. I really appreciated their attention to detail because that saved me the headache of needing to deal with Comcast. Working with Southside Outdoor Services, I felt like they treated my project and my backyard like it was their own. They took the time to do everything the right way. They paid attention to detail and made things nice. And they made sure that I had what I needed to be successful with all my new sod. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience and I will not hesitate to reach out to Southside Outdoor for my next landscaping project.
