Dr Kaluza has been my doctor over 10 years. She takes the time to listen, is compassionate and really makes sure she gets to the bottom of whatever is going on. The office staff is super friendly. You are seen at your appointment time with no wait. You can communicate via a portal and get responses right back. You would love being a patient of Southlake Direct Primary Care.

I am a health care professional and receive excellent, personal care from Dr. Kaluza and her entire staff. I've never had a problem getting appointments and follow up care. She and her staff always listen to my concerns and gets my input when she develops a plan if care. Thank you South Lake!

I cannot say enough good about Dr Kaluza and her Team. I have been a patient of Dr Kaluza's for over 20 years. I started with her at Dunn Ave family practice in North Jacksonville. The care that she gave me then has only gotten better through the years. You can't get any better then Avalon to take your vitals or blood. She's the best, and truly cares about her patients. When Dr Kaluza decided to make this change to direct primary care, I was unsure if I could do this. The cost was a big factor, due to I have no insurance. I tried going to another Dr. that has wonderful no reviews, but it was not even close to the care I have been used to. So guess what I stayed with Southlake and Dr Kaluza. I will continue to tell all my friends and family and anyone who asks me for a Dr, to go to Dr Kaluza. You will have the best personal care you can imagine. I am so happy I stayed. I would drive from anywhere in the US to see her and Avalon.

Best General Medical practice in the area hands down. Very friendly front desk helping me and my family with insurance questions, clean and spacious waiting area, very short waiting time to see a Doctor. Doctor Kaluza spends long time answering all my questions and I never feel rushed. I always feel like they have my best interest in mind. Highly recommend!!!!!
