This company was supposed to be servicing my new commercial unit. After having them always coming out to “ fix” it we found out that they never serviced the 2 units. Replaced belts with wrong sizes. I now have to pay thousands of dollars to replace coils that were never cleaned. Found they charged for filters that were never put in and damaged the unit. Total rip off company.
Called and use this company for the first time they did come out and fix the problem the technician was good. However the people in the office must be the owners they cannot be employed as nasty as they are over the phone and demanding payment to the point to where they called me about 15 times when the technician was done and I explained to them I was on another call but I would get them paid give me a few minutes the lady responded no I'm not getting off the phone with you till we get our money you can bet I won't never call them again....
I called a week ago for service on a leaking AC unit. These folks were awesome and came out the same day, fixed the problem right away and were reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use them again and refer them to my friends and family.
I called with an ac issue and this company was extremely professional and provided same day service.
Excellent service! Honest salesman and service technicians. I just had warranty repairs done and they were prompt and professional. We are ready to stay cool this summer! Thank you again!
