I love Dr. Burton and her office staff. My whole family does actually! We have finally found a dental office we are comfortable with. Dr. Burton is always so personable and explains things well. And dont get me started on her assistant Kelsey! That girl is the best, always very knowledgeable and always there to help with a smile. Highly Recommended

have been visiting Southern Smiles for my dental work for the last four months, and have been very happy with all of the services that I have received. Working with Macy was very pleasant during the intake process and x-rays, Charlie did a great job with my initial deep cleaning and then a follow up regular cleaning, and Dr. Burton did a superb job of removing an old filling and putting in a new crown. Dr. Burton also identified a problem that I was having with a long time impacted wisdom tooth, which had developed a cyst which was pressing on a nerve; she referred me to an Oral surgeon, who did a fantastic job of removing the tooth and cyst, with no numbness or loss of taste. As for the office staff, they have always been friendly and helpful. I could not be happier with the practice. And by the way, this ain’t no AI slop that you’re reading, and it is not the product of a $1/review Shadyville scam factory.

BEST DENTAL CARE YOU CAN IMAGINE! I’m 61, and have had regular visits to dentists in various cities in my lifetime. I moved toJax a year ago and booked an appointment at Southern Smiles. It was then I realized how sub par and average my previous dental care has been. SS is a superb patient experience from the time you book your appointment! The front office staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is immaculately clean. The equipment is state-of-the-art. The hygienists, assistants, and the doctor are all skilled, intelligent, and knowledgeable. The recommended products no previous dentist had bothered telling me about. I don’t feel like I’m rushed in and out of the dental chair. You will look forward to going to Southern Smiles!

I had the best experience at Southern Smiles. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bethany took her time to explain things to me in depth and made sure to answer all of my questions. Her assistant was also super sweet and made me feel very at ease through out my whole appointment. I especially liked when they went over my treatment plan and helped me book my next appointment and helped me understand what my insurance covers and what my waiting period was. The whole staff was amazing.
