Absolutely perfect! We could not be happier with the work that Southern Luxury Pools did to create a gorgeous resort in our backyard! From the first meeting to the last day (which was really about five months total), Jeff, Sean, and their team were top notch. Communication was clear, responses were quick, and every vendor cared deeply about their work. Jeff listened to what we wanted and delivered our vision, only better. His advice was spot on, honest, and clearly based on years of experience. When we hit any snags, they worked tirelessly to make the finished product perfect. We are thrilled and highly recommend!
Jeff and Shawn are phenomenal to work with! We would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality build and excellent follow up to work with them. At each phase of the project communication was virtually immediate and always very thorough. Jeff previously owned a pool maintenance company and incorporates that experience into the pool build based on years of seeing what tends to fail or cause issues. They were so helpful in seeing our vision of what we wanted and helping design our perfect pool. They provided a timeline for the build that they absolutely adhered to (they do not overpromise and underdeliver). Also, a huge part of any build like this is knowing you'll receive excellent customer service AFTER you've paid the final invoice. As with any project, issues will come up and they have continued to show up to make final tweaks or fixes quickly. Oh, and we received multiple compliments from neighbors that they are the cleanest pool builders they've ever seen. Jeff would personally come out and clean up the job site (road, yard, everything) multiple times a week during the build. We are so happy with our new backyard and would love to work with them again!
Our neighbors have inquired about “joining our resort” after Southern Luxury Pools worked their magic in bringing our lifelong dream to life. We learned that not only were they professional level pool builders, but that most importantly, they are an honest and trustworthy team! We had total confidence as we worked through all of the fine points and details of managing a complex project like this. We could not be more pleased with Southern Luxury Pools! Thank you Jeff and Shawn! - Steve & Polly F.
