Great service and they went out of their way to be communicative and explain the process and timeline. Quick to book in a tight window I had and tent was up and down in no time. Would recommend!
I booked with this company, they rescheduled our first service because there was going to be rain- that’s fine we can’t control the weather We rescheduled and the only other time they could get me on the schedule was over a week later so we scheduled for 9:30am The day before I get a text that now they’re coming between 11-12 instead- okay - things happen ill change my plans - again 12pm comes and goes and I call the company, the office says he will be heading my way in a minute and should be here in 20-30 minutes. Another HOUR goes by and I’m STILL waiting I call again, the guy still hasn’t left his last place. Extremely unprofessional and a complete disregard for someone else’s time. If you’re going to be late or rescheduled at least let someone know so they aren’t spending their entire day waiting for you. Taking my business elsewhere.
They have done a great job at my home and work! We have been very happy and the bugs die after they come out! A+++
What a great crew! Lots of experience! You need to search no further. I had no damage. It looked like they taped up all the sharp edges before putting the tent on. We were out for two nights. They were on time, answered my questions and were proffesional. I highly recommend.
Kim at Southern Fume has always been awesome to work with. They give fair prices and do great work. I’ve been pleased with the service they have provided thus far.
