Richard Keys is a superb physical therapist. In my first session, he warmly welcomed me in a friendly and courteous manner, and he reviewed with me my physical issue and explained what I would be doing to improve my condition. He then led me through each exercise in a manner that I completely understood what I was to do and he checked to make sure that I was okay. I am completely comfortable with his guidance and plan, and I am extremely satisfied with his service.
It was nice to see Erin again. She is very considerate and answers any questions I have about my condition. Hopefully my treatment helps me until my next visit. I hope all your staff is as caring and concerned about their patients as she is. Thank Erin for me. Sincerely, Richard Trache
Joe was very kind and thorough, personable but professional. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Set my expectations appropriately even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. I look forward to working with him.
Richard listened to me and paid attention as I described my situation. He explained what he was doing for my treatment clearly and I was very pleased with the care he gave me. He has a very personable way of working with his patients.
As always- staff is extremely nice and professional. They were quick to get me in after I reported a fall. Andrew was thorough with his evaluation of my symptoms and reassured me that it was just a bump in the road to recovery. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to switch to this orthopedic practice.
