IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO HAVE EMPATHY, PROPER TREATMENT, AND PROFESSIONAL CARE I AM WARNING YOU NOW STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. I should have listened when I was told by Baptist ER that they will not TOUCH or treat any surgeries or procedures from SE Ortho. They rushed my husbands treatment after a major surgery and have not provided adequate care. They have so many patients that they cant even keep up with efficient care. You will never get anyone to answer or a call back. Be prepared to have very minimal contact with this office. I have been calling this office since last week, had to physically walk in to be told that I have to call a number for someone to help me. So I left, called Kathy explained the what I needed help with she stated that I would here from her the following day and I have YET to hear from her. Then I get a call this morning from a very unprofessional woman stating that she is giving me a call back from last week! I explained the situation only for her to still give me the wrong information! I tried to just schedule an appt with the provider which she told me that we were not aloud to schedule with him at this time which is weird because when we were paying you for an appt you were available! At this point I am frustrated & I asked to speak with her Manager (Nicholas "the regional manager that is working today) he told me that he could not help me he was very unprofessional and kept talking over me so then I asked to speak to his manager then he said oh well & just hung up on me! THE MANAGER! This is how they treat their patients. I see why the staff in this office is incompetent because management is worse!!! I tried calling back after being hung up on and they ignored my calls. We have never been treated this way by ANY of his other providers. UNBELIEVABLE SE ORTHO! We should have went to Baptist.
The care here is top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone for their Orthopedic needs. Fortunately, the good strongly outweighs the bad, so I'll still go here. On the other side of the coin, I have never been seen on time. I have to plan an extra hour of my day for an appointment. I've also had appointments that were scheduled for weeks canceled less than two hours before the time. When I've had the first appointment of the day several time I still wasn't seen on time. It is really sad that such a great group of people have zero sense of time or wasting the time of their patients. Removing another star. Sitting in the lobby, again. 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment, again.
Busy, but they got me in fairly quickly. They were able to read you my MRI and diagnose that I did not need an operation. Thankful to get it this done so quickly.
Every single treatment failed and injections lasted 1/3 of the time it was supposed to. Huge waste of time and money.
***Update*** I just want to send praise to Dr. Van, an IMMACULATE PHYSICIAN, with SOS Riverside! I also want to praise Noah & Sam, two Male Nurses who’re phenomenal too. I thank you: Dr. Van, Sam, Noah and the Office Staff! Every visit leaves me feeling better! I appreciate your Equal Opportunity empathy, this facility is doing things quite well. Dr. Van ALWAYS treats me like a brother, family. It brings monumental ease, as a patient who wants to get better, having a Medical Team that empathizes and conveys concerns with excellence! YOU ALL deserve accolades! I enjoy coming to my visits and I LOVE how EVERYONE smiles, even the Southside location in Towne Center. Please continue y’all greatness. I appreciate y’all and I will continue to advise folks to seek Medical Assistance with your Providers & Facilities. Happy Holidays and many blessings to you all!
