Rick and Southeast Irrigation are absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and clearly an expert in his field. What impressed me most was the care and attention he put into making sure everything was done the right way, not just quickly, but properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and quality these days. I wouldn’t call anyone else for irrigation work. Rick and his team set the standard. I will never call anyone else for any irrigation related matter, and you shouldn’t either!
I have used Southeast Irrigation many times over the years. (St. Augustine South Area) Always good service. Rick was loaded down with work and couldn't get me on the schedule for a couple of weeks. He took the time and helped me diagnose my problem over the phone. I was able to fix the issue myself. It's the little things that separate a good business from a great business. Highly recommend.
Fast, fair and friendly. Rick is a good communicator and his partner Bobby a pleasure to work with. I will use them again.
Professional, super quick, extremely friendly service. I completely forgot to pay my online invoice, and Rick was as nice as he’s ever been on the call to remind me. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had with an irrigation company. Thanks Rick!
Helped us get our sprinkler system back up and working well after we moved into our new house. Did not explain the bill real well and ended up paying more than I expected but they were fast and did very good work.
