She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and professionalism made my experience even better. This hotel is pretty nice. Great location, not too far from anywhere that you would want to be in Jacksonville. The rooms are great. The best part of my experience here was the hotel receptionist at check in. After a long day of traveling it was so nice to have a receptionist that was very accommodating, easy to talk to, quick and efficient! Her name is Sunshine and she’s great! I travel for work often so service is the most important part of feeling comfortable where I’m staying. I’ll definitely be back.

I've stayed here several times whilst visiting the States and have always enjoyed the location. The hotel is situated right on the water, with a lovely "Chart House" restaurant next door and several other restaurants within an easy walk. I believe "BB's" was the charming little restaurant I visited on my last night. Nearby San Marco is also well worth exploring, with its excellent selection of shops, cafés and restaurants. The reception team is always incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home each time I visit. The rooms offer lovely views across the water and towards the football stadium, and with the hotel sitting directly on the riverfront, I found myself taking my laptop and a glass of wine out onto the balcony to work whilst enjoying the scenery. Superb, will be back again.

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel like a valued guest.
