  The person working in the office works very hard, is interrupted all day, and is in a difficult role. Enforcing HOA rules brings out unnecessary anger, angst, and venom from usually, "nice people." The facility is older, small, and not modern. However, it seems to meet most residents' needs and is well maintained. The layout is easy to find and use. The splash pad leaves much to be desired and too many leave trash around the playground. The bathrooms both need changing tables and step stools for the littles. I recommend automatic soap dispensers/foaming sanitizers as many lack proper hand hygiene. The parking lot is well shaded, but small. Popular events will require parking off-site. The 2 little free libraries are beautiful, well maintained treasures! The large sports field is in poor condition, quite uneven to play soccer well, for several reasons. Still, it's a privilege to have this amenity center! *The 2nd playground and field desperately need a restroom and soccer goals. Too many use it as an off leash dog park so maybe it should be modified to serve as such. It lacks sufficient shade and amenities, which is why it's barely used. The large pavilion and tables are wonderful! The field is mostly level but some golf cart owners treat it as their back yard and damage the grass. Dogs will attack each other and you, so be cautious.
