South Country Home Inspections

Fantastic experience! I needed home inspection quickly since I was buying from out of town. Lawrence was very accommodating to my schedule, came on time, conducted a very thorough inspection of the house I was looking to buy. Roof, electric, irrigation plus termite inspection and much more. Couldn't have been happier. He walked me through his findings on the spot, then sent me a complete report within hours on my email. I would highly recommend Lawrence to anyone.

I highly recommend South Country Home Inspection Company. Lawrence was punctual, organized and professional. He took his time and inspected every inch of the home. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge of construction, attention to detail, and attentiveness. He provided me with the most thorough inspection I have experienced from an inspector. He also performed the termite inspection at the same time as the home inspection. After the inspection Lawrence took the time to go over the report with us and gave recommendations. If you are in the need of a home inspection I strongly recommend calling them, they make the home inspection a very easy and painless process. Lawrence was terrific!

Lawrence @ South Country Home Inspections was the perfect choice to perform our home inspection. We needed the inspection completed rather quickly for insurance purposes, I called on a Friday and he was kind enough to schedule the service for Monday morning. He was punctual, very personable and extremely knowledgeable, both on the phone and in person. This is the second time I’ve worked with him and his company, but the first time I met him in person. Both times he was very thorough with his inspections and his explanations were easy to understand. I asked a few questions while he was working, which were not directly related to the inspection, and he answered them without hesitation, and I really appreciated his input. He is a kind, genuine professional, which is rare to find these days! I will most definitely recommend him to anyone needing an inspection, they will not be disappointed. Oh, and I received a detailed report the same day, with pictures and descriptions, even the insurance company was impressed! Excellent Job…thank you so much Lawrence!
