Amazing experience for the sound bath. I recently loss my dad and needed to release the trauma and hurt. The entire experience was beautiful. The studio is so clean and inviting. Definitely will be back.

I attended my first sound bath last night and it was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calming and peaceful, and the entire session felt very intentional and relaxing. My body felt noticeably more relaxed during the session, and it was a really unique experience. I’m really glad I went and would absolutely recommend it to others.
Loved this sound bath yoga session. Super relaxing and grounding — I left feeling calm, clear, and recharged. My team gifted this to me and it was such a thoughtful experience. Highly recommend if you need to slow down and reset.
My husband and I had an amazing experience taking Yin Yoga with Jen while Diana worked beautiful vibrations with her crystal sound bowls. The space is very Zen and inviting and there are cozy blankets and soft bolsters for your comfort. We look forward to our next experience, it was Amazing!!
