Sorcha and Dr Hamilton are the best! My husband and I were out of town for a week and he got sick, followed by me. Luckily he already had an appointment scheduled for a follow up our first day back. They pivoted and addressed his sickness instead, and when he mentioned that he had gotten me sick as well, the office staff sprang into action. I was making my way to the island to try my luck w the walk-in clinic when my phone rang, and it was the OFFICE INITIATING a virtual appointment with Sorcha as soon as she finished with my husband!!! I’m sure her calendar does not permit for such responsiveness in every circumstance, but I was beyond grateful that it worked for us today! That’s the kind of service you just don’t get anywhere else. So grateful to be a part of this practice! Thanks to Sorcha and the amazing team who made this happen!
Sorcha is very professional and knowledgeable! She was very thorough with my recent visit and listened to what I was going through breaking out in hives. She took her time and made sure she explained what the next steps were doing to get the right doctor to get the answers I needed. Highly recommend Sorcha!
