I was pleasantly surprise wit the service that I received from Jennifer, specially after speaking to reps fro other companies specially from Progressive where I had a horrible experience with a rep called Monica. She was a racist and totally horrible in her customer service skills. Jennifer was helpful, patient, kind willing to explain coverages and walk me thru the process.
