I wouldn't take a DOG here to get its nails trimmed. Absolute WORST! Arrived at 3:44 for a 3:40 appointment, and I couldn't be seen because of their "strict on-time policy." Mind you, they have had NO problem leaving me in the exam room for a minumum 45 minute wait each time.. I live 35-50 minutes away depending on traffic, and have to pick my kids up from the bus at 3:15, asking for four minutes past appointment time is certainly not asking for much.. but thanks for wasting my gas and time. They could have just checked me in, but no-i had to drive home without the prenatal appointment that I so badly needed. I made an appointment elsewhere that day, and it was a good thing I did, because I had a pregnancy related complication, but thankfully it was pretty minor. The worst part about this was that I was having sharp belly pain the entire day, and really looking forward to getting checked out, but when I told them this they just said “sorry, we have a strict on time policy.” (4 minutes late!!) I really think it's only a matter of time before this place gets sued. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I've had both of my kids here. Even my mom had me and my brother here almost 30 years ago. They do have a strict on-time policy, but they tell you that in advance- they send text reminder (if you opt for it), and also voicemail reminding you of your upcoming appointment and to arrive 15-20 minutes early. They also send emails. I read one review about Dr. Soldo- which I completely agree! I had to see him last year due to back/hip pain with my second pregnancy. I stopped seeing a chiropractor because they could only do so much for adjustments and couldn't do x-rays while pregnant and I felt worse afterwards. But Dr. Soldo was able to examine me and determine what was needed to get me back in alignment and I actually felt better after an adjustment. He was so professional, and even my husband approved of him (we're kind of picky when it comes to male doctors). He also was able to recommend stretches to help me at home that was specifically tailored to me to alleviate the pain. All the staff was genuine and caring every time, even the phlebotomists when I had to do blood work (I hate blood work! )Always uplifting and I love that! My delivery was seamless last year- nurses went above and beyond since I had my little girl right before Hurricane Irma- one nurse was like a momma to me and my husband, and another nurse on the night shift went above & beyond to find me a sandwich as a midnight snack while I was in recovery. Highly recommend this place.

One of the most personable doctors you'll ever meet. She listens, pays attention and offer Solutions. I was losing my Mobility more and more every year after a bad surgery and she consulted a vein specialist who virtually just unlocked every problem area and I'm beginning to walk with just a cane now when I was actually down to using a wheelchair for Mobility. Hands down the best you're ever going to meet

My experience in the last 2 years have been exceptional service, medical care and even the Lab Techs are friendly and always got a smile when your not your best.The patient portal is great communication tool. My doctor was responsive and had great follow up. You guys rock!
