My two kids used to go to this practice since late 2022 or early 2023 but after numerous interactions with Dr.Sheri which the last one was on March 2025, i decided to switch them to a different pediatrician. Dr. Sheri on several appointments started being snarky to the point that it makes you think that she is trying prove something that’s not even necessary. She also made a comment of how speaking 3 languages at home is too much and gave me that stare, that can be viewed as offensive to someone who has a multilingual and multicultural household. I thought about switching my kids to Dr. France who has a calmer demeanor but the experience with Dr. Sheri had already left a bitter taste. On the other hand, Merriam at the reception is always helpful, professional and a total sweetheart. She has an exceptional customer service. Kudos to her!!

My interactions with Dr. Sheri (Sherwat Abdelrahman) have been consistently disappointing, marked by an apparent lack of receptiveness, poor communication, and a condescending demeanor that undermines any sense of trust or competence. By comparison, Dr. France (10/10) embodies the ideal pediatrician—approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Each encounter with Dr. Sheri, however, leaves me feeling both offended and exasperated, making these appointments an unfortunate ordeal. I also want to note that the entire office staff are incredible. Everyone else within this facility is incredible, but unfortunately Dr Sheri is so unbelievably awful that we will be switching providers. I could write a book on the poor care we’ve received by her over the last year, but I don’t want to waste anymore energy on this woman. Edit to address response: Dr France, you’re an amazing Dr and the only reason we’ve kept coming back to this office is because of you & your office staff. If Sherwat ever moves on from this location we would love nothing more than to continue being under your exceptional care. Response to Sherwat: Shertwat, you’re the type of person who would argue with an echo just to say you said it first. That’s how pointless an attempt at resolution would be. There’s a reason multiple of your reviews describe you as condescending and rude. Address your inability to communicate effectively and maybe one day you’ll be the great Dr you think you are.

She nearly killed my son when he was 7 months old as she would NOT listen to me about having very high suspicions of him having c-diff. (I'm an old NICU RN). Instead of testing his stool for c-diff, she continued to change the antibiotic that he was on for ear infection not just once but 3 times. Even though I repeatedly reported to her, he continued liquid diarrhea & not eating. I even brought a stool soild diaper in for her to test & she threw it in the garbage! He ended up in the hospital a day or 2 after for 6 days, nearly dead! Never have seen her again! Would only bring him to see Dr. Hartley, who was wonderful but has since retired.
