I enjoyed being met with a smile, courtesy and warmth. The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well. The room was clean & free of odors. They allowed my pug for a $75 fee. That was worth the stay. Thank you!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I booked this room through Capital One Travel for my husband, who was arriving around 12:30 a.m. after a long day. He only needed the room for one night because he had an event five minutes away the next morning and an early flight afterward. When he arrived, the front desk was completely shuttered. After waiting, a receptionist finally came out and told him they didn’t have the room type he had a confirmed reservation for. Instead of honoring the reservation, she told him that if he wanted a room, he would have to pay extra for an upgraded room. How does a hotel accept and confirm a reservation, then expect the guest to pay more because they claim the reserved room is unavailable? My husband understandably refused. The receptionist then said she was “checking” and left him waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes. After sitting there with no resolution, he finally pulled out his phone to call Capital One Travel. Miraculously, as soon as she realized he was contacting the booking agency, she suddenly “found” the exact room type that I had originally booked. What a coincidence. That entire experience felt incredibly dishonest. It gave the impression that they were hoping a tired traveler arriving after midnight would simply pay the extra money rather than argue. Whether that’s their standard practice or not, it’s exactly how it came across. To make matters worse, when he finally got into the room, it was filthy. This hotel was booked because of the price and the positive reviews. Looking back, I wish I had spent a little more and booked a Marriott or another reputable hotel instead. Saving a few dollars simply wasn’t worth the frustration, wasted time, and poor treatment. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly encourage you to think twice. A confirmed reservation should mean something. Based on our experience, I would not trust this hotel and will never stay here again. This place deserves zero stars.
Stayed here for two weeks and had a genuinely good experience overall. Ariel checked me in at the start of my stay and made the process smooth and welcoming. D at the front desk has also been helpful and friendly throughout. The staff here makes a difference — consistent, professional, and easy to work with. Would stay again.
The lady at check in was very nice. I hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully this will help someone else. Do not believe any of the photos on Sonestas site. None of the kitchen amenities were clean or working properly. Floors had hair on them. Elevator was disgusting and not cleaned the entire week. Trash was literally overflowing everyday in the hallways. I had to clean the bathroom floor because my feet were black from the tiles after getting out of the shower. 1 bath towel per person. I asked for extras and was told "we dont give extras out." You have to wash them yourself or FIND someone on staff to trade them out with. Pots and pans were gross and rusty. We went shopping for scrub pads trash bags laundry and dish soap just to clean the place up so we could start our stay. It was horrible. I documented everything with photos. Also the front entrance and main lobby was closed at random times for repairs. We never knew where to park or what door to exit until we ran into a closed sign. Just not a good place to stay.
General Manager, D and staff... It has been an awesome experience vacationing with you all! The hospitality has been the very best. Your hotels are really clean and very quiet. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. The kitchen in the units came equipped with just what I needed.
