Haley Lease from Someday Homes Realty has provided invaluable assistance in the process of securing a rental home that checked all of my boxes: location, size, price, and availability date. When I met Haley I was attempting to find a 12 month lease property at the Beach on my own through popular housing websites. Attempting to do this from 5 hours away while planning weekend trips over every few weeks to tour properties was proving frustrating and fruitless. Haley put forth time and effort sending me potential properties (some of which I would not have access too via the usual sites), helping to prioritize pros and cons and lists of potential candidates, touring properties for me via FaceTime or taking video/photos, and communicating with property owners and managers to negotiate rent price and availability dates. She stayed on top of it until the job was done proving to be capable, dependable, and persistent. We are beyond grateful for her help!
