The Soma in the Palm Valley is my go to location! The salespeople are always so helpful and pleasant! Today I had the good fortune of receiving help from Fay and Shirlee. These ladies went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Soma is fortunate to employ these two lovely, dedicated women.
This store is awesome. I have been to Soma stores all over the country and by far the customer service in this store is the best I have seen. The manager Kerry is very helpful and has trained her staff to do the same. I have worked with Hallie and Michelle and they are wonderful...as well as all the associates in this location. Ponte Vedra is the best!
The customer service at this store exceeds all expectations. They are amazingly helpful. Ellen is my go to girl. She goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need, but to point me in the direction of other items I might like. Kerri, the store manager is also fantastic at her job! This store is such a jem to have at the beach. I only wish trey would carry the swim line.
I had a most enjoyable time shopping at the Ponte Vedra Beach location thanks to two lovely saleswomen, Cherry and Shirlee!! They were most helpful, professional and just charming!!! I will be sure to return to this location as they made me feel valued and helped immensely with my purchases. Soma is lucky to have such dedicated employees working for them!!! Thank you...Cherry and Shirlee!!!
My daughter and I had a great experience shopping at this store today. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Alexandra and Georgina listened to our needs and proceeded to help me and my daughter find the right bra. We were both measured and spent time trying on several bras. We were very happy with our purchase and the customer serviced we received.
