Solune

I met Stephen, the owner, on my first visit to Solune. He was telling me about how he roasts his own coffee. I was very interested to taste it as he said he roasts it with a focus on the caramelized process to create sweeter coffee beans. This is probably the only coffee I've ever tasted that I could see me drinking black at some point. I did try it with a little maple syrup and it was very good. Later on I went home and added some half and half and a small amount of monk fruit. It was perfect! His coffee is $25 lb with a free drink every time. I'm thinking I would like to make a special trip occasionally to keep some in stock. I shared it with my family who also really loved it! Stephen was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I found the establishment to be inviting. The kind of place that is a perfect fit in Riverside.

A magical and dreamy space where people can be welcomed to be creative in all the different ways! Live music, community art supplies, and groups that heal and draw together. I’ve yet to meet someone here that didn’t feel like a friend! An innovative space that combines a love for artistic expression, community, and delicious beverages!

I had such a great experience at Solune Coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about what they do. Instead of just handing me a standard drink, they actually took the time to ask what kinds of flavors and coffee I normally like and personalized my drink exactly to my taste. It made the whole experience feel really thoughtful and intentional. The coffee was amazing, and you can really taste the quality of their in-house roasted beans. Between the great coffee, friendly service, and the creative space filled with local art, it’s definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. This is my safe space. I loveee Solune soooo much!! Wonderful place to chat and hang out. This is the place I met so many kind people, who are now my friends. Such a warm welcoming environment! I love hanging out and doing art, or coming to one of their music events. Always something fun going on!
