SoHo Inn & Suites Jacksonville North

To be clear, this is a motel. You get what you pay for yes; I dont need a nice room w/ amenities HOWEVER, at the very least want somewhere CLEAN. Do not waste your money. It was disgusting. Smelled really bad of smoke, crumbs on the floor, idek what was on the counter & walls (sticky stuff & hair). I litterally had to pay last minute for a different hotel.

These are what the rooms look like. And I was informed upon check in that half the rooms have tvs that don't work. The room smelled of mildew and when I started taking pictures and told the check in guy I would be making a review, he said I needed to leave and stop taking pictures. He then proceeded to tell me I couldn't get a refund or transfer reservations and because of all this, I am sleeping in my car tonight. Whatever you do.... STAY AWAY

Horrible hotel. Couldn’t even stay the rest of my reservation. Literally checked out the next morning. The guy behind the counter lied and didn’t check me out of the system like he said he did. He told me to contact Booking.com to see about getting a refund but wouldn’t answer the phones when Booking.com tried calling. I still have not received a refund.

I went to soho hotel Florida it was bad. The man tells me there no king size bed only full then he say there no tv in the róoms. Maybe you need to go elsewhere. He took me go on booking get my money back I'm so disappointed jill
